MENTORING
I have mentored coaches and leaders to build their coaching competencies and skills in a way that is deeply resonant with their gifts, values and purpose. The work that I co-create is based on my coach’s strengths and the stand that the coach commits to. My coaches work toward deepening their awareness of their stand, heightening their sensitivity and bringing their unique medicine into their work as a coach. I also support my mentees in building their networks, practice and wealth.
