LEADERSHIP FACILITATION
As a facilitator, I create courageous spaces for members in my group to step into their whole self and align with their inner and outer worlds. My intention in every facilitation is to bring my whole self as a channel to facilitating learning for the groups that I work with- I bring my excitement, learnings, joy, fear, grief and my truth to co-create facilitation journeys using Self-exploration, Playback theatre, Visioning, Storytelling, Body-work and dialoguing. In my facilitative interactions, I support my group’s awareness of systems and social consciousness lens of power, privilege, rank, race, culture and the social group identity that my group’s members might belong to. I have facilitated both for non-profit and profit sectors, designed organizational long- and short-term interventions that have yielded greater alignment of teams and success for both individuals and groups.
